Collection
Forms: handmade human-centered sculptures: female forms and human figures that combine mythological elements with contemporary shapes.
Flowers: sunflowers transformed into original sculptures, incorporating vegetal, animal and anthropomorphic elements.
Wall works: wall-mounted busts of women: new textures, unexpected shapes and experimental techniques. The bodies, at life scale, draw on the Venus de Milo, bridging classical sculpture with contemporary creation.
Paintings: the female figures, quick sketches and portraits sometimes emerge in vivid colors and at other times fall silent in monochrome shades.
Lighting: shaped into honeycombs, flowers and poppies. Where art and lighting become one, light-sculptures are born.
Artworks: rooms of Greek gods with Minoan frescoes and mythological symbols. Ears of Demeter, masks and pomegranates are transformed into unique art objects.
Greek & Minoan Art: the Minoan frescoes gain volume; they are transformed into relief panels and revived on female busts. The bull of Cretan mythology comes to life through colorful sculptures with a renewed style.
The sculpture Minotaur (3D-scan (STL)), inspired by Etienne Zyl, connects digital scanning with ancient Greek mythology. Talos the world’s first robot, tireless guardian and enforcer of Cretan laws — takes on a new dimension through her works.
Katerina Kutedaki has participated in exhibitions such as “Art of Images” (2023), Larnaca Biennale (2018) and Beer and Art Contemporary Festival (2012). Each creation carries its own identity, combining high aesthetics with Greece’scultural heritage.
